An exciting project management opportunity to review our course pathway has arisen.

We nationally deliver a range of coaching and officiating training courses and qualifications to young people and adults which are either delivered through external organisations and partners or hosted directly by us.  Supporting the delivery of these courses is a workforce of around 20 self-employed tutors.

Project Aim

The three entry level courses (highlighted above in yellow) have been in existence for a number of years and are now due to be formally reviewed. The overall aim of this project is to redevelop the Leaders Award, Young Leaders Award and Young Officials Award, with the specific aim to combine the Young Leaders and Young Officials' courses. These courses will be shortened to 3.5 hours each and content will be combined to include a mixture of boccia facilitation, leadership, basic rules, officiating, and disability awareness.
