Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving. A day where everyone, everywhere can do something to support the good causes and communities that mean so much to them. It is a day to celebrate and encourage giving in all its forms.

Here at Boccia England we’re asking people to give today, which is also International Day of People with Disabilities, and support our work to change lives through boccia, by either making a donation or pledging to volunteer for us (or even both!).

Make a donation

We rely on the support of generous individuals and organisations to help fund us so that we can continue our work to support boccia club development, run our competitions programme, engage children in boccia through schools, manage the England Talent Pathway, and much more.

It doesn’t matter how much you donate – everything helps!

You can either:

  1. Donate online to our Giving Tuesday appeal
  2. Send a cheque payable to Boccia England to our office at: Boccia England, Ground Floor Media House, Padge Road, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 2RS

Pledge to volunteer for us

Without our network of dedicated volunteers, boccia simply wouldn’t happen! Our volunteers tell us that giving their time to help people enjoy boccia is an incredibly rewarding experience – you get the opportunity to help others, you learn new skills, and you make great friends along the way.

If you’re interested in volunteering you can find out more here, and you can contact Natalie, our Workforce Manager, at [email protected]

We’d love to see your volunteering pledge on social media – simply tag Boccia England and use the hashtag #givingtuesdaypledge. If you’re already a volunteer (thank you!) then tell us about the next time you’re planning to give your time.
