Frequently Asked Questions Courses The situation relating to the Coronavirus is an unprecedented one, which has had a huge impact on the delivery of our competition season and courses. We have outlined some questions and answers to help clarify information relating to courses. Courses Which courses are cancelled? At the current time, as of March 2020, all boccia workshops, awards and courses due to take place during March, April and May 2020 have been postponed. We are reviewing this time frame regularly. I have booked an individual place on an upcoming boccia course that has been cancelled or postponed, can I get a refund? Yes, please contact the course host. In the case of the organiser being Boccia England, please contact [email protected] to arrange a refund. Alternatively, Boccia England can retain your fee for when the course is re-arranged. Will courses be rescheduled? We hope to reschedule all courses but the time frame around this is currently unknown. Can I book to host or attend a future course now? Boccia England are not currently accepting any course bookings until we have a clearer picture of the long term situation. What will happen with the new Boccia Leaders Award? The new Boccia Leaders Award will no longer launch on 1st April 2020. A new launch date will follow.
