Chris Ratcliffe: Chief Executive Officer

Chris provides leadership to the organisation, working closely with the Board and staff team to make sure that Boccia England is able to deliver and achieve its strategic ambitions.

Kate Moss: Head of Development

Kate oversees the development team who develop the organisation and sport of boccia in England.  Kate creates partnerships and evaluates our progress and impact in order for us to increase our sustainability.

Anne-Marie Ward: Head of Business Support

Anne-Marie oversees the corporate services of Boccia England, including supporting the CEO and Board with the effective governance of Boccia England, and managing the Administration/ Office Management, Trading, Human Resources, ICT, Marketing, and Finance functions.

Anne-Marie works Wednesday-Friday


Development Team

Rachel Miller: Development Manager

Rachel is responsible for managing the development of our local and regional delivery that supports the growth of boccia participation as well as strengthening our clubs throughout England.

Rachel is also our Lead Safeguarding Officer.

Natalie Braisby: Workforce Manager

Natalie is responsible for managing the recruitment, deployment and training of our many valued volunteers and tutors (known as our workforce of 100+ individuals), ensuring there are enough resources to support our events.  Natalie also manages our course bookings.

Rachael Crack: Competition Manager

Rachael is responsible for the development and delivery of our competition programmes, including Regional and National competitions and the Pan-Disability Boccia League.

Dan Headley: Development Officer

Dan coordinates our School-Club link project and our Lord's Taverners' schools' competition programme.

Sandra King: Talent Development Manager

Sandra manages the England Talent Pathway (ETP) ensuring all players have the opportunity to reach their potential, including identifying talent, managing our Academies and coordinating the classification process.

This role is responsible for generating income for the organisation, raising public awareness of Boccia England and promoting fundraising.

Danielle Donnelly: Team Administrator

Danielle is the first point of contact for the charity and is responsible for supporting the team with administration, coordinating our social media and run the Boccia England shop.
