Closing date: Sunday 6 January 2019 Talent Development Manager: Permanent, Full-Time £21-£26,000 per annum plus staff benefits. This is a stand-alone role, reporting to the CEO and working in conjunction with the external England Performance Group Coordinator as well as working closely with our colleagues at Boccia UK. The postholder will: • Work closely with our Academies and coaches to identify and manage talent, • Manage athlete training and progression, • Feedback to athletes and coaches on performance and selections. Team Administrator: Permanent, Full-Time £15,300-£17,000 per annum plus staff benefits. Reporting to the Head of Business Support, our Administrator will support our small team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The postholder will: • Be the first point of contact for all incoming queries, including telephone and email, • Coordinate the organisation’s social media activity, • Coordinate the shop function and manage orders, • Administer financial paperwork and queries, • Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks.
