Join us at 8am BST for a Mindfulness Meditation Practice with Benjamin Coulston

As well as practicing some meditation and mindfulness for yourself, there will be some time for Ben to explain a little bit about meditation too. For the session, wear whatever is comfortable for you (pyjamas if you really want to!) - anything that is loose fitting and comfortable to sit in will be fine. For the meditations you can sit on a chair, on the floor, or however you are most comfortable. Your comfort is the priority!

Find a quieter space in your home, or wherever you are, where you can practice in the session without distractions or interruptions. As to how you make your space cosy and peaceful is entirely up to you - you can make it your own little area to practice for this short session. You are the most important thing you can bring to your session, but you may also find it handy to bring a drink of water or tea, a blanket or cushion for comfort, or even a notepad if you have any notes, observations, or insights to jot down.

If you have a Zoom Pass you can be part of the live action for this interactive session!
